Nowicki, LWN capture Phil Lawler Tourney title

For Lincoln Way North coach Mitch Nowicki, winning the Phil Lawler Summer League State Championship was extra special.  Not because he knows he will have a great team coming back in the spring to vie for an IHSA State Championship, and not because as the #13 seed in their regional, they were underdogs and achieved something many people didn’t think was possible.

2015/2016 Meeting Dates

Monthly general meetings of the IHSBCA are open to all members of the organization.  Each meeting features a guest speaker who discusses various aspects of the game, and a question-and-answer session which generates discussion of the finer points of coaching and teaching baseball.  All general meetings are at 7:30pm at the Home Run Inn in Darien (75th and Lemont Road) unless otherwise noted.
